Technical activity automatically eliminates every nontechnical activity or transforms it into technical activity. This does not mean, however, that there is any conscious effort or directive will. Jacques Ellul

AI movie response
I really enjoyed the movie. I think that the storyline of the movie is really not that far off of what we can actually look forward to in the future. I thought that it was fascinating how in the movie robots that sophisticated could be created but the problems with search engines still couldn't be solved. The movie went along with our early discussions in class flawlessly, even more so than the star trek episode. I think that if technology allowed for robots to be created that were as life like as they were in the movie then there definitely would be a market for them, especially the child. But i also feel that just like in the movie this would cause major societal conflicts just like any major technological innovation
